CHÂTEAU BLANC is the manufacturing division of the HOLDER Group. The breads, viennoiseries, patisseries and savoury products manufactured by CHÂTEAU BLANC convey both the taste of tradition and innovation.

CHÂTEAU BLANC has 3 manufacturing sites in Northern France : Marcq-en-Barœul, La Madeleine and Tilloy-les-Mofflaines. The 13 production lines, of which 3 are certified as organic, enable CHÂTEAU BLANC to meet any customer requirements.

This is why CHÂTEAU BLANC has won the trust of an array of customers, from the artisan bakers & patisseries to major hotels & restaurant chains, catering companies, wholesalers, frozen retailers and major supermarkets all over the world.
